The Brand Signal Brief is a one-time writing service. If you have not submitted an intake, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once you submit a complete intake, the writing work has started and the purchase is no longer refundable, except where a payment network or applicable law requires otherwise.

If the brief is more than 7 days late after a complete intake, you may request a full refund. Contact us from the members area attached to your purchase.
